Because printify.com is the partner company that handles all physical products sold on talesfantastic.com my return policy is the same as theirs. They only accept returns for lost or damaged items. I also don’t accept returns for digital downloads or original art.
If your Item arrived damaged or did not arrive:
- Reply to your order confirmation email explaining the situation and include a photo of the damaged item if applicable. (or email firstname.lastname@example.org)
- I’ll contact the manufacturer (printify.com) within 2 business days to make sure you get a free replacement or refund.
