Pet Portraits

Animals are an essential part of our lives and our families. Manelle and her husband have two fluffy, awesome cats who bring joy to their lives, and she knows how important pets can be. You love your pet and not only want the best for them but also want to remember how wonderful they are and the remarkable impact they have on your family.

Manelle has been working as a professional illustrator and watercolorist for 20 years. She’s illustrated multiple children’s books and is excited to share these custom paintings with you.  

Ordering Your Painting

• Use the buttons below to upload up to three photos of your pet(s). (If you don’t see them, give it a few seconds to load.) Manelle will choose the best one by considering lighting, pose, and composition to create your portrait.
• You must own the copyright to the photos (If you took them yourself, that counts.) By uploading and ordering you grant me permission to use them to create a beautiful portrait of your pet and in videos of the artwork creation. You’ll still have the copyright to your image, but the copyright to the finished painting belongs to me.
• The best photos will be in focus, have good lighting, and have a cute view of your pet’s face. Taking a picture outside or near the light of a window without a flash is best. See examples in this post for help.
• Multiple pets must be in the same photo. If you cannot take a picture of your pets together, I suggest you order separate portraits for each pet. Combining different images into one portrait is time-consuming, and it will be more cost-effective for you to order separate paintings.
